Come join us for some rest and rejuvenation.  The evening will begin with restorative aerial yoga.  During yoga Mandy will play the singing bowls working her way through the chakra system, followed by a 25 minute yoga nidra for ultimate relaxation.  To finish off the night we will enjoy a wine down social hour.  We look forward to sharing this experience with you!
