Mandy Inabinett, E-RYT 500, M-EOC

Mandy Inabinett manages Star 4 Yoga and is the owner of Maharishi Yoga Training and Equine OM.  She is also a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Level Master and trainer, and leads Maharishi Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour program.   She instructs Yin, Kripalu, Vinyasa, Cardio, Kundalini, and Equine Yoga.  Mandy's goal as a teacher is to provide a sacred space for you to practice.  She will make it her first priority to allow you the time to heal and feel; bringing balance back into your life.  Mandy has been practicing yoga since 2001 and feels it is necessary for our growth as a spiritual being.  She does her best to make everyone feel as if they are a part of my family and teaches from love. ​

Eryn Boudreau, E-RYT 500

Eryn is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher through Discovery Yoga and a licensed physical  therapist with over 20 years of experience sharing the practice of yoga. She recently retired  from her full-time career as a physical therapist, where she worked closely with differently  abled students of all ages in Clay County—an experience that deeply shaped her approach to  movement, accessibility, and care. 
A lifelong student and teacher, Eryn has trained in a wide range of yoga traditions and has  frequently assisted in teacher trainings. Her deep understanding of anatomy and alignment,  combined with her compassionate presence, creates a space where students of all levels feel  supported and empowered. 
Now in this new chapter, Eryn is excited to return more fully to her roots in yoga. With renewed  energy and inspiration, she’s looking forward to reconnecting with the local yoga community,  sharing the joy of movement, and continuing to grow—on and off the mat. She’s also enjoying  more time with family and travel, embracing all the possibilities retirement has to offer.

Kelley B. Cabrera, E-RYT 500, M.E.d.

Kelley is Co-Owner/Ayurvedic Herbalist & Educator certified Ayurvedic herbalist and horticulturalist. She is a professional educator/mentor/tutor with 20 plus years of experience. Kelley is a mental wellness advocate, who is Certified in Horticultural Therapy.  She is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and a Certified SUP trainer. She holds a Masters in Education, M.E.d., a Bachelor of Science, Psychology (child/family, therapy focus) and a student of Eastern Philosophies/practices and meditation.

Christine Franc, Aerial & RYT 200

Christine is a research scientist by day and aerial yoga instructor by night (afternoons and weekends).  As a research scientist, she explores new methods to treat bone and muscle loss in spinal cord injured Veterans.  She graduated from the University of Florida last century and is a registered yoga instructor with additional aerial yoga training.   Christine integrates physiology and movement patterns to help students gain strength, coordination, flexibility, and mobility.  By combining science with yogic traditions and adding in a dash of anti-gravity, she creates the perfect recipe for rejuvenation after a day of riding or busy life.

Priscila Byerley, RYT 200

Priscila is a nutrition and wellness professional focused on making people feel better and live better. Priscila is certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (New York)  as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher 200 RYT and Pilates Instructor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with over twenty years experience.  Priscila combines the principles of nutrition with Yoga and Pilates creating more natural balance between mind, soul and body and inspiring others to improve wellness and committed to long term health and fitness goals.

​AriAnne Marks, RYT 200

AriAnne Marks holds a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification from Yoga Alliance. She has completed her 200-hour training in Power Vinyasa and Mind Body Yoga. Currently undergoing a 300-hour training program, she has discovered a passion for yin yoga and has been certified to guide prenatal yoga, chair yoga, kids yoga, yoga nidra sessions. With a background in dance, Ari’s passion for movement is evident in her fluid transitions between asanas. She has been practicing yoga since her early teens and recognized her calling as an instructor. The meditative nature of yoga has fostered a deeper connection to her authentic self. “Yoga harmonizes my mind, body, and spirit. It enables me to clear my thoughts and find inner peace, surpassing the limitations of other practices. I am eager to share this transformative experience with others.” With patience and grace, Ari guides yogis of all experience levels to a sense of comfort and confidence. Residing primarily in St. Augustine, Ari finds solace in practicing yoga on the pristine beaches of her hometown. 

Hether Crawford, RYT-200 and Aerial

​Hether Crawford is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2011. She added her RYT-200hr in 2021, and an Aerial Yoga Certification in 2023. Hether recently moved to St. Augustine, FL from Nashville, TN where she taught a variety of both floor and aerial yoga classes weekly. 

“I fell in love with the practice of yoga because it is such a beautiful journey back to connection with your body, your breath, and your authentic self. I believe that all bodies are good bodies, and that yoga is a welcoming space for every body.”

Nicola "Nickie" Gorce is a retired, Florida certified educator, administrator, consultant, and mental health professional, who has resided in St. Augustine for 40 years.  Nickie tells everyone, "Nothing compares to Zumba Fitness when it comes to having fun!
